The Technical Department is looking for a property caretaker for the summer of 2026.

Job Description

We offer a physically demanding and varied job alongside skilled colleagues. As a property caretaker, you will work with ongoing supervision and service of the municipality's properties. You will have daily contact with customers and colleagues where you are expected to have a positive and professional attitude.

We work with the fault reporting and ordering system DeDu.

Job duties include, among other things:

• Repairs, service, and maintenance
• Handling of fault reports and orders in DeDu

You do not necessarily need to have experience in property maintenance or similar work, but we prefer that you are practically oriented and solution-oriented, as well as having a service-minded and responsible work approach. You are flexible, meticulous, and enjoy varied workdays.

Qualifications

• Good computer skills

Meritorious

• Education in property maintenance or equivalent
• Training or knowledge in plumbing, electrical, or construction.
• Practical experience in property maintenance
• Experience in digital work order management

Personal qualities

• Works independently and in a structured manner.
• Responsible and meticulous
• Has a cheerful and positive attitude
• Has high social competence

Requirements:

Driver's license B

Upon offer of employment, a background check must be presented.

Duration/Working hours

Start date by agreement. Temporary employment for 1–3 months. Daytime, weekdays.

Salary

Hourly wage.
